Real Estate professional with over 20,000 email subscribers of both prospective purchasers and realtors needed a strategy to differentiate in a highly competitive market.


Approach
We first segmented the email subscriber list to allow for proper testing of creative and media styles. The client worked with a drone photography/videographer to provide professional photo and video tours of some of his luxury listings. The videos showed a much higher engagement that the photos, which allowed us to send the types of content the client’s audience found most engaging, helping the client make more informed decisions regarding his budget allocations


Result
We delivered several monthly emails while maintaining high open and engagement for each email. The client was able to stay front of mind with their prospective buyers until they had sold out of the inventory for the development.
